Cognitive Transformation recordings contain indirect hypnotic language patterns tailored specifically to address the issue you are dealing with and to address its manifestation on different levels, including your environment, beliefs, behavior, abilities, identity, and in alignment with your purpose in life and spiritual goals if you so choose. These recordings include email consultation to determine how your problem currently manifests in your life, and what would you like to experience instead. These recordings are focused on one issue. Cognitive Transformation recordings are 8 - 12 min in length and you can listen to them at any time.

You can provide your music or I can pick it for you. You can also choose if you'd like brainwave synchronization added. Subliminal recordings are approximately 33 min long.
Supraliminal recordings contain tracks which are placed above the threshold of conscious hearing, by raising the frequency of the track - usually to 15.5. kHz. You can provide your own script or I can write it for you. You can choose to have messages recorded in your voice or in mine. You can choose whether you'd like completely supraliminal recording or whether you'd prefer to have messages recorded at an audible level once, and then have them gradually masked by music. You can provide your music or I can pick it for you. I use only royalty free music as the background music on the recordings - unless you want to put the music which you have created yourself. You can choose the dB level of your supraliminal track. Even though supraliminal track is inaudible to your conscious mind, the higher dB level of the supraliminal track is experiences as a pressure by some people. Supraliminal Plus CDs contain three tracks - one supraliminal, and two audible tracks - delivering different messages simultaneously to your left and right ear. You can provide your own script or I can write it for you. You can choose to have messages recorded in your voice or in mine. Empowering Affirmations CDs contain audible suggestions on one track throughout the entire recording. Affirmations recordings are approximately 33 min long.
