How much time does it take to get results with hypnosis, subliminal, supraliminal or supraliminal plus CDs
Sometimes all it takes to get a desired change is a change of perspective, a new outlook. The solution might have been there all along, right in front of you, but because you were so close to a problem, perhaps so deeply immersed and fixated upon the problem - you couldn't see the solution. All that it takes to get you to see the solution is one idea, or perhaps a little bit more guidance - as much as can fit on one hypnosis recording - and your problem is solved.
If you are unaware of the solution, hypnosis can also help to bring it out of your infinitely wise and all-knowing subconscious / superconscious mind - and you just wake up in the morning and step into an entirely new life - life filled with possibilities and opportunities that never crossed your conscious mind before.
Sometimes it may seem that you are standing in front of an insurmountable obstacle - yet, when you take a closer look, you discover that there was no obstacle at all - it was merely a shadow you can step through and you can even laugh at how easy it was removing that obstacle, because the obstacle didn't exist anywhere else other than in your mind - in your perception.
And then there are times when it can take a long time to get the results you desire because you are holding consciously or subconsciously to so many things that happened in the past - past experiences and habits in thinking, acting and being which are so comfortable because they are familiar to you. Even if they are causing you some problems you'd rather be without - they are also like your old friends - they may not be perfect, but you know what to expect from them.
These old friends are your beliefs, your worldview, your past experiences. On one side you'd like to get your desired results easily and maybe even instantly, but on the other side, you start contemplating all of your past experiences, experiences of other people you know, what may or may not be possible or reasonable, what you may or may not win or lose in the process and subconsciously, you are not allowing yourself to have the desired change as easily and effortlessly as you could, if you just dropped all judgments and comparisons.
Because most of us have a tendency to compare our present experiences with our past experiences, to the point that we are not even fully aware of the present moment, but seem to be perpetually regurgitating past events and comparing and judging them - here comes in handy "New History Generator" technique designed to help you TRANSFORM all those events which are consuming your mental and emotional energy and creating obstacles to achievement of your present goals - and liberating that energy so you can invest it in realization of your desired goals.
For an average human being without any knowledge about playing with time and time-lines, the time it takes to get desired results will depend upon upon previous experiences, beliefs, inner motivations, and expectations. If you've done something before, doing it the next time will be easier and will take shorter time to get the desired results. If you've learned one foreign languages and are now learning your second or third or twentieth - learning each one will take shorter time because now you have not only knowledge of the particular language but also possess (consciously or unconsciously) a successful strategy for learning foreign languages.
If you've done something many times before to the point that doing this thing has become an automatic, unconscious process - then, of course, you can have instant results the next time you desire to do the same (or even similar) thing. If you've slept peacefully every night and then something happened that is causing you insomnia - if it's a mental issue - all it may take is to divert your attention, and you'd have no problem sleeping. As a matter of fact, working with a hypnosis recording, you may as well fall deeply asleep the very first time you listen to it.
If you work in a stressful environment and have learned the strategy for shifting your perception, you may get rid of stress instantly.
If you are working with changing habits - you could change them overnight either by deciding to do so, or with a few techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or you may choose to go about it slowly and then it will take as much time as it takes for you to become comfortable with a replacement for that habit.
If you are working on something that you've never experienced before - provided this goal fits into your worldview and belief system - the time it takes will depend on any relevant experience you may have. If the goal is too challenging for you, I suggest you divide it into smaller, measurable goals and go for developing relevant skills and experience that may be easier to accomplish. You may also want to incorporate working with a New History Generator to accelerate the process.
Let me put it this way - if you are standing in front of a stairway and you have to cross 100 stairs, you'll make much faster progress if you move one or two steps at a time, then if you stay stuck pondering how to cross all 100 in one shot. Sometimes people see those who have climbed up all those 100 stairs and wish they could be there instantly, which is not the problem. The problem begins when they start to feel frustrated because they don't know of any way to move along those 100 steps in one shot and instead of beginning where they are and moving upward step by step, they start crying that it's impossible climbing those 100 steps. They get into a state of "negative hallucination" and refuse to acknowledge that those who went there before them climbed those same steps one by one until they made it to the top. Instead of starting to act from where they are, doing what they can do, they hope for a miracle to happen, while at the same time not allowing any miracles to happen (because they don't really believe in miracles). Miracles do happen to those who open their minds and hearts wide to the world of infinite possibilities, but for most of us even that is a step-by-step process as it seems we have to say good-bye to our limiting beliefs one by one.
If the goal you are working on doesn't fit into your worldview and your belief system, chances are that you will not experience any results until you are willing to change your worldview and your belief system. If you desire to accomplish something you only wish were true, but are convinced that it is impossible for you to accomplish - you have a vested interest in not getting any results that would prove otherwise because they'd pose danger to dismantling your worldview and if you don't have a more appropriate worldview to hold onto, you'd find yourself standing on a rather shaky ground - lost, so to speak.
